When I was little, like 7 or 8 years old, I went to dance classes two times a week and it felt great because I wasn't just doing something that I love, I was also pretty good at it and it was like exercising without it feeling like it. Ok, that was kind of a weird sentence but I hope you all know what I mean. I don't really remember why but I stopped taking these dance classes after 4 or 5 years and never really did some sport after that. Occasionally I went for a swim or a jog, I took a zumba class from time to time but I never worked out regularly anymore.
Ever since then I felt quite uncomfortable with my body and I don't really like how this whole thing looks ya knooww... Going to university last year made me realise that I have to make some changes in my daily lifestyle if I want to feel confident again. I went to taebo classes with my friends and really enjoyed that but again, surprise surprise, I didn't endure and so the past few weeks went by without me doing some exercises.
But now... The moment has come! My dearest sister, who is working out a hell of a lot this past month and really is super motivated, inspired me to do it right this time. Last Monday I started eating more healthy and doing a 30 minute full body work out each day. I'm really trying to hold on this time and to help you get motivated as well I'm sharing some of my favourite fitspiration with you guys! Together we can do this! Let's get ready to finally persue our dreams and get that smokin' hot body this summer that we've always wanted! Haha! Who's with me?!
