Here's what you'll need (for 2 persons):
- 2 large courgettes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of tomato paste
- salt/pepper/garlic powder
First, cut the courgettes in slices and cut these into spaghetti strings, if you have a spiraliser you can use that of course! Then, cut the onion and mash the garlic. After that, heat some olive oil into a pan and fry the onion and garlic. After a while you can add the courgetti strings. When all of that is well cooked you can add the cans of tomato sauce and tomato paste. Season with pepper, salt and some garlic powder, and voilà, done!
Healthy and super delicious with some grated cheese on top!
If you're not into tomato sauce you can also eat it with pesto or with a creamy Boursin sauce, chicken and mushrooms.
