2. Don't drink up your calories: this is one of the best tips I've read. Ordering cocktails or soft drinks can blow a good portion of your calorie count for the day. Have as much water as you can so you can enjoy a slightly unhealthier meal for dinner.
3. Stay hydrated: if you are dehydrated you are far more likely to want to snack, you are also going to feel bloated and a little bit cranky so try to drink 1 to 2 litres of water a day. It's going to keep you fuller for longer and you're going to feel like you have so much more energy.
4. Relax: you are going on holiday to unwind, do not overthink everything and try to relax. Stress can cause weight gain, so enjoy your little getaway and just let it go.
5. Sleep: sleep is incredible for keeping your energy levels up. If you don't have enough energy you'll probably want to snack or drink sugary drinks which will make you feel even worse, so try to get as much sleep as you normally would at home or whatever hours of sleep that your body needs to feel fully rested.
