I've seen many 'What I Eat In A Day' videos on YouTube for inspiration, so I thought it would be fun to do the same but in blogpost format. This is not what I eat every single day of course, but this might give you an idea of how an average day for me looks like, food-wise.
Breakfast - 8:30
Lunch - 12:30
Snack - 16:00
Dinner - 18:30
I really hope I can keep up with this healthy change because I'm really enjoying it at the moment!
