- 200g almonds (or any other nuts you prefer)
- 400g dates
- 4 tablespoons (raw) cacao powder
- 2 ½ tablespoons peanut butter (or any other kind of nut butter)
- ½ tablespoon of water
All you need to do is blend all the ingredients together with a food processor until a smooth and sticky consistency is formed. Aftwerwards you just roll them into little balls and leave them just like that, or you can roll them into coconut flakes like I did, to make them that tiny bit extra yummier. Store them in a little container in the fridge, ready for when the sweet cravings come. Easy peasy!
