As I've been quite busy these passed two weeks I tend to go for easy and comfortable outfits during the weekend to make the studying and the chilling more enjoyable. Think oversized knits, loose trousers or even joggings, large shirts, scarfs, etc. Here are a few outfits I wouldn't mind spending my weekends in! Happy weekend everyone! X Pauline

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas filled with happiness and coziness! I certainly did. My family and I, we had amazing dinners, a lot of laughs and we were spoilt with wonderful presents. The one I got from my godmother was the most creative and outstanding of them all. Her daughter, my incredibly talented cousin, Charlotte always had a thing for the art of creating poetry and so she started her own little poetry company based in Amsterdam called 'CMR', which stands for Charlotte Marie-Louise René. And for Christmas this year I got my favourite poem from her first series! It isn't only a lovely poem, it's also beautiful to decorate your room or your living room with - it's an incredible little piece of art! This poem reminds me a lot of myself and of all the wonderful things that are yet to come. Charlotte writes every poem herself and they are based on one 'found' word, the one indicated with one letter that's standing out. When ordering your favourite poem you can also choose a beautiful stand to set up your poem the way you like it. CMR offers various styles of stands, I got a copper one which you can use in 4 different ways. So cool, right! picture by CMR You can order your favourite poem from her first series or you can even ask for a customised one for yourself, for a birthday, for a birth announcement card and so on. All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] or a message via her official facebook page with your personal details and your order, and Charlotte will send your poem your way as soon as possible!
Prices - Card €3,50 - Stand €7,50 - Card with stand €10,00 - Shipping costs card €1,00 - Shipping costs stand €2,50 - Customised poem (prices range from) €30,00 Do check out her facebook page to discover more of her creations! X Pauline Les Rêves de Pauline turns 1 today! I can't believe it has been a year already! Last year on the 5th of December I decided it was time to finally pursue my dream and Les Rêves de Pauline was born... And I couldn't be happier about that decision! Time to celebrate this anniversary! A little while back I was looking through my pictures on Instagram and thought that it was such a shame to have all those cool pictures and memories just on social media instead of in a photo album or as decoration in my room. So I decided to download the app of LALALAB. onto my phone and started to select my favourite pictures on my Instagram feed and on my camera roll. You can choose to print them in a regular format, in a classic square or in a vintage polaroid format. I opted for the classic squares which cost €0,39 per picture and they're so pretty! LALALAB. also offers calendars, photo books, magnets, posters and pictures on canvas. The app is very easy and userfriendly, they deliver it to your house in just a few days and it's super fun! Aaaand here's my little surprise for you guys! If you want to print out your favourite pictures you can use this code: PGG262K1 and you will get a €5 discount! Yay! And if you share your referral code on Twitter or Facebook you'll get another €5 discount on your next purchase as well! Isn't this a great way to start collecting your favourite pictures and memories? Instead of having them online on a social media platform or on your phone, you can use them to fill an album, to decorate your room with or to give to a friend!
Enjoy! X Pauline From now on you can follow me on my Facebook page to keep track of new blogposts! See you there! Yay it's December! That means it's almost winter and that means that it's almost time for the most cosy season of the year! During winter I do have to study a lot since I have exams in January but I still like to enjoy my winter holiday. And when I take a break from studying I would really, and I mean really, like to make the most out of that break. Here's my little winter bucket list that I hope to fulfill during winter this year. 1. Have a Christmas movie marathon Movies like A Christmas Carol, Elf, Home Alone are so amazing to watch while it's snowing outside. Get your blankets, make some tea or hot chocolate and get snuggled up on the sofa while binge watching Christmassy movies! 2. Bake cookies, brownies or gingerbread Baking cookies during winter is so much fun. You can make Christmas tree shaped cookies, gingerbread men, and so much more! And the smell lingering in your whole house while your cookies bake in the oven is to die for, right? 3. Build a snowman Playing in the snow is one of my favourite things to do during winter. And building a snowman is a must for me. Get a carrot for his nose, a little hat and some buttons and you're good to go. 4. Wake up to a white Christmas This I can only hope for. How magical would this be? 5. Go ice-skating I usually don't really like to go ice-skating just because I'm quite clumsy on the ice. But since it has been ages I would love to give it another try! 6. Go Christmas shopping Also one of my favourite things of the holiday season. Buying presents for our loved ones is such a lovely thing to do. Seeing everyone running around in the city looking for that one perfect gift is so magical. We all want our families and friends to feel loved. 7. Decorate a Christmas tree This is one of our family traditions. After the 'Sinterklaas' weekend we all get together and start decorating our tree. Hanging the little lights and the ornaments while listening to our favourite Christmas songs. So much fun! 8. Have a Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit marathon I love all these movies. But it has been a while since I saw them all. The holidays are the perfect opportunity to have a little marathon, am I right?! I really hope that I can check everything off of this little winter bucketlist. Maybe this could give you some ideas if you don't know what to do during those lovely winter days.
