I immediately started cooking, it only took about 5 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to bake in the oven: what a dream! After posting my homemade pizza on Instagram some people asked me for the recipe so I thought it would be a great idea to post it on my blog.
Wat you'll need for 1 pizza:
- 250 gr self raising flour
- 150 gr Greek yogurt
- tomato sauce
- mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- italian seasoning
(- whatever toppings you'd like)
Directions:
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Then combine the greek yogurt and the self raising flour into a bowl and mix well. Make sure you knead the dough well enough, I kneaded mine for about 5 minutes. Roll into a pizza shape and lay it on a lined baking tray with parchment paper. Add your toppings, I added tomato sauce, salt and pepper, garlic powder, mozzarella and italian seasoning, and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
